James managed to make the most of Race 14 setting 3 fastest laps and smashing the track record in the process as he draws a curtain to his FBMW Aericas season. All in all a very stellar season considering some of the misfortune he had encountered tis year. James has secure a drive for the upcoming FBMW evet at the Singapore F1 Grand Pix to be held on the weekend of the 25th - 27th September 2009. This will once again allow James to showcase his skills to the motorsports world and the pulic as he embarks to learn yet another new circuit in some extreme conditions. James hes never experienced a street circuit before and this will be a steep learning curve for him once again.

 

In round 14, after being held up slightly at he start once again by his Team Apex team-mate Joao Horto, James managed to brake the shackles and post fastest lap after lap in an attempt to catch rthe runaay Michael Lewis. James did so with 1 lap to go, however, with some hard blocking and irratic driving by Lewis, James was pippedat the post by a mere 2 hundreths of a second when they crossed the line - posting a 5th place finish. James once again finishing ahead of his 2 team-mates, as he ha managed to do all year.
